Own structural design and analysis for aerospace components and assemblies across the hardware lifecycle. Perform hand calculations, FEA, fatigue, buckling, and stability assessments; manage CAD models and releases; define loads; support structural testing and flight qualification. Develop engineering processes and standards, collaborate across disciplines, and mentor engineers. The role requires aerospace or mechanical engineering expertise, strong communication, and eligibility to work on ITAR-restricted programs.

Supports enterprise network infrastructure and RF communications for aerospace operations and remote field deployments. Configures and troubleshoots switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, cabling, radios, antennas, and temporary communications sites. Performs equipment testing, monitoring, documentation, maintenance, firmware upgrades, and lifecycle management. Requires hands-on troubleshooting across IP networking and RF systems, including outdoor deployment work and up to 30% domestic travel.

Design, analyze, procure, test, and mature propulsion components and fluid systems for flight hardware. Create CAD models, P&IDs, test plans, and requirements; perform fluid network modeling, data analysis, and hands-on hardware testing. Collaborate with propulsion, vehicle, systems engineering, test, procurement, and external suppliers to meet engine requirements. The role requires aerospace or mechanical engineering expertise, multidisciplinary project experience, and familiarity with aerospace materials, fluid connections, CAD, simulation, and test tools.
