Leads daily entertainment venue operations by scheduling and delegating work, coaching employees, resolving guest concerns, supporting event logistics, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with equipment repairs, monitoring productivity and loss prevention, and preparing operational reports.

Oversee arcade site operations, staff performance, service delivery, equipment maintenance, budgets, labor costs, inventory, cash accuracy, safety compliance, merchandising, cleanliness, and customer service. Develop procedures, train employees, manage supplies and prizes, audit arcade equipment, and partner with the Regional Service Manager to achieve business objectives. Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required; travel may be necessary.

Performs maintenance and repairs on mobility and venue equipment, including strollers, wheelchairs, ECVs, and lockers. Uses hand and power tools, maintains service logs, communicates repair results, submits invoices, and supports multiple outdoor locations. Requires independent troubleshooting, reliable transportation, flexible scheduling including weekends and on-call availability, customer professionalism, and personal tools and equipment.

Plans, designs, executes, and improves software QA activities across applications, APIs, integrations, data workflows, and platform releases. Creates test plans and automated coverage, performs functional and regression testing, documents defects, validates fixes, supports release readiness, maintains test environments and documentation, and incorporates cybersecurity, compliance, data integrity, and business continuity considerations.

Leads VENU+ IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, cybersecurity, governance, vendor management, and technology improvement. Manages IT teams, contractors, projects, budgets, systems, service processes, risk, compliance, business continuity, and third-party relationships. Develops IT strategies and roadmaps, oversees incident and change management, ensures secure and reliable technology services, and reports performance and operational metrics to leadership. The role is in-office and requires collaboration across software, DevOps, finance, HR, cybersecurity, and business teams.

Oversee day-to-day operations of an entertainment venue: manage service delivery and staff, train teams, develop procedures, ensure safety and maintenance of amusement equipment, control budgets and labor forecasting, manage inventory and parts, and deliver excellent guest service to increase arcade visits.
