Provide installation, analysis, and troubleshooting support for e-terra DMS and related ADMS products. Model electrical devices, diagnose intermediate-to-advanced issues, and resolve problems using various tools and troubleshooting methods.

Senior mainframe engineer responsible for IBM System Automation (z/OS) and CA OPS/MVS administration, migration projects between those tools, REXX/CLIST/NetView PIPE programming, z/OS installation/configuration, debugging, and problem analysis.

Design and implement multi-device React/JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3 platforms and reusable UI components. Build cross-browser external-facing web apps, produce tested solutions, collaborate in Agile, present designs, and coordinate with other teams.

Design, configure, customize, and integrate Teamcenter and Active Workspace solutions using ITK, RAC, SOA, BMIDE and related tools. Perform system configuration, workflow and change management, report generation, troubleshooting, code reviews, documentation, and support; collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead/co-ordinate team activities.

Hands-on Teamcenter administrator responsible for deployments, upgrades, and DevSecOps/CI-CD. Develop and customize Teamcenter using ITK, BMIDE, SOA, and Workflow/Custom Handlers. Perform advanced programming in Java/J2EE and C/C++, NX UFUNC development, and scripting with Shell/Perl/Python/TCL. Support PLM integrations and system maintenance.

Develop and maintain regulatory reports using Axiom, perform Axiom server administration, integrate systems across Windows/Unix environments, develop ETL processes with Informatica, and support regulatory reporting requirements (CCAR, FR Y‑9C, FFIEC 041, Basel III, LCR).
