Sell residential solar, battery storage, and electrical upgrade solutions through qualified in-home appointments. Educate homeowners about clean energy, utility savings, financing, and available products; build relationships, recommend suitable solutions, and close deals. The role requires sales experience, a reliable vehicle, and a valid license. Outside or in-home sales experience is preferred, while solar experience is welcomed. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commission, with paid training and benefits.

Business Development Interns contact homeowners about solar energy and home electrification, explain introductory offerings, identify customer interest, schedule qualified appointments, maintain outreach records, and coordinate handoffs to sales. The role includes training, coaching, and performance goals in an in-person, full-time inside sales environment.

Conduct outbound calls to homeowners, educate them about solar, battery storage, and electrical upgrades, qualify leads, and schedule free consultations for outside sales representatives. The role requires persistent communication, persuasive closing skills, strong computer literacy, and CRM familiarity. This is a full-time, in-office position in Stamford, Connecticut, with mandatory weekend availability and a Thursday-to-Monday or Friday-to-Tuesday schedule.
