Conduct outreach to prospective homeowners by phone, email, and approved channels; explain introductory solar and home electrification concepts; identify customer needs; schedule qualified appointments; maintain accurate records; coordinate with leadership, operations, and sales; and pursue outreach and appointment-setting goals through training and coaching.

Conduct outbound phone sales to homeowners, educate prospects about solar benefits, qualify leads, and schedule consultations for outside sales representatives. The role requires persistent communication, deal-closing ability, strong listening and speaking skills, multitasking, time management, and accountability in a remote environment. Weekend availability is mandatory, with full-time Thursday-Monday or Friday-Tuesday schedules. Compensation includes a state-dependent hourly base wage plus uncapped commissions.
