Provides trauma-informed, nonclinical peer support to individuals pursuing behavioral health recovery. Responsibilities include using lived experience to build trust, coaching recovery goals, supporting crisis and transition needs, connecting participants with benefits and community resources, promoting self-advocacy, collaborating with families and care teams, and completing required documentation while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Process and review multi-state weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees. Handle complex adjustments, garnishments, off-cycle payments, reconciliations, taxes, compliance, audits, and W-2 activities. Investigate discrepancies across payroll, scheduling, EVV, and timekeeping systems, resolve employee questions, support system testing and integrations, improve processes, and guide payroll staff while protecting confidential information.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Personal Care Aide roles across Corning, Elmira, and Hornell. Responsibilities include sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, hiring events, onboarding, orientations, employee file maintenance, HRIS and payroll updates, I-9 and tax-form review, reporting, and building relationships with regional talent pools. The role requires approximately 25% travel between offices and events.
