Provides trauma-informed, nonclinical peer support to individuals navigating behavioral health recovery. Responsibilities include coaching, relapse-prevention planning, crisis and transitional support, resource coordination, advocacy, community outreach, collaboration with care teams, and accurate documentation. The role requires using lived experience to promote recovery, independence, self-advocacy, and connection to behavioral health, housing, benefits, and community resources.
