Lead cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate, foundation, and major individual donors. Build and manage a diversified pipeline, craft proposals and partnership materials, coordinate cross-functional delivery of commitments, maintain CRM and revenue forecasts, and drive renewals and portfolio growth to meet revenue targets.

Lead strategy and experience design for Venture for Canada's program communities: segment audiences, grow engaged members, create involvement pathways, activate community as ambassadors, manage engagement channels, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive recruitment, partnerships, and long-term engagement.

Lead and evolve Venture for Canada's internal technology ecosystem: design systems architecture, manage SaaS stack and integrations, build automations and AI-enabled workflows, own cybersecurity, run cross-functional rollouts, provide senior technical escalation and day-to-day IT support, and manage and develop the IT Help Desk & CRM Coordinator to ensure secure, reliable, and widely adopted technology.
