The People Operations Manager oversees day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, leaves and accommodations, performance processes, payroll inputs, benefits, HRIS administration, compliance, training, and offboarding. The role supports managers and employees, maintains accurate records, administers people programs, resolves operational issues, and improves processes. This remote Canada-based position requires strong HR generalist experience, employment-law knowledge, judgment, organization, and communication skills.

Leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a fellowship learning program. Responsibilities include setting curriculum strategy, overseeing instructional design, managing learning designers, facilitating workshops and events, coordinating cross-functional projects, managing budgets, and using research, data, and learner feedback to improve participant outcomes.
