Process sales orders and returns, source and quote IT products, communicate with clients, resolve vendor issues, and support sales, service desk, and purchasing teams. The role also involves promoting managed IT services, developing product knowledge, and providing administrative assistance while working toward potential account management growth.

Provides Level 3 managed IT services, including remote and onsite troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 and infrastructure administration, network and server design, monitoring, incident escalation, change management, documentation, and project deployment support. The role advises clients, collaborates with sales and project teams, identifies service improvements and sales opportunities, and supports diverse hardware, software, networking, virtualization, backup, storage, and VoIP environments.

Designs and implements Microsoft Purview, data governance, AI governance, compliance, risk, and information protection solutions for multiple clients. Leads workshops, discovery, solution architecture, audits, governance assessments, roadmap development, executive presentations, and client training. Creates Power BI dashboards, compliance scorecards, risk reports, and governance metrics while supporting regulatory frameworks, policy development, evidence collection, and remediation planning. Contributes to pre-sales activities and develops repeatable governance and compliance service offerings.
