Lead small groups of 2–12 travelers on 2–3-week tours through Sri Lanka. Provide cultural and destination information, manage itineraries, support travelers, ensure safety and service quality, coordinate with local partners, adapt to unexpected situations, and handle emergencies. The role requires advanced German or French, local language skills, knowledge of Sri Lanka, work permissions, first aid and CPR certification, and residence in Sri Lanka or at least one year of prior residence.

Six-month internship supporting travel specialists with tour preparation, sales tasks, booking confirmations, travel documents, website content, product presentation, and French-language client inquiries. The role is based in Berlin or remote within Germany and focuses on China tours for French-speaking customers. Interns may undertake independent projects after approximately three months.

Build and lead a niche travel brand within Ventura TRAVEL. Responsibilities include developing the brand, creating specialized trips, building regional partnerships, optimizing website content, collaborating on marketing, serving travelers, and hiring and leading a team. The role requires entrepreneurial initiative, tourism expertise, project management, networking, English proficiency, and ideally experience with analytics and CRM tools.
