Manage accounting and IT functions for the Iowa plant, including financial controls, inventory and standard cost management, monthly financial statements, cost analysis, audits, budgets, and reporting. Oversee QAD system activity, physical inventory, regulatory filings, and provide operational financial analysis to corporate and plant management.

Lead plant-level food safety, quality assurance, and sanitation programs. Manage QA and sanitation teams, conduct audits and investigations, maintain QA lab operations, track metrics, oversee pest control and training, liaise with regulators and customers, and drive continuous improvement and compliance with federal, state, and customer requirements.
