Provides on-course service to golf club members and guests by monitoring pace of play, enforcing cart rules, tracking groups, maintaining course amenities, assisting golfers, managing supplies, addressing safety or emergency situations, and communicating with golf operations staff. The role involves outdoor work in varying weather, golf cart operation, physical maintenance tasks, and prompt reporting of course or customer issues.

Maintains and constructs golf course grounds by mowing, trimming, edging, raking bunkers, removing debris, applying fertilizer, pruning, and assisting with course setup. Operates hand tools, riding equipment, tractors, dump trucks, utility vehicles, sod cutters, trenchers, and tampers. Follows safety practices while working outdoors in heat, dust, fumes, chemicals, loud noise, and variable weather. Attends staff meetings and performs additional tasks as directed.
