The BDC Sales Representative handles incoming telephone and online inquiries, identifies customer needs, generates and tracks sales leads, schedules showroom appointments, conducts sales prospecting calls, records customer interactions in the CRM, and supports new and used vehicle sales while maintaining product knowledge and customer service standards.

Guide customers through vehicle purchases by presenting models, features, financing options, and accessories. Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds, follow up with prospective and previous customers using dealership management systems, complete product training, and meet sales goals while following company policies and safety standards.
