Owns end-to-end client activation for AI-powered SaaS solutions, including discovery, solution design, workflow setup, demonstrations, training, performance monitoring, and optimization. The role serves as the primary client contact, translating business needs into practical AI workflows and partnering with technical specialists on complex customizations. It requires strong communication, consultative client management, AI tool familiarity, and experience in client success, implementation, or technical consulting.

Provide technical customer support for Vendasta Website Pro, troubleshooting WordPress, DNS, SSL, hosting, caching, and basic PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS issues. Manage support tickets according to SLAs, document solutions, use AI-assisted diagnostics and workflows, support ecommerce setup, communicate technical concepts clearly, and escalate complex issues. Contribute to knowledge bases, process improvements, automation, and cross-functional insights.
