Lead the Account Resolutions team managing delinquent and charged-off accounts while balancing financial outcomes with positive member service. Coach employees, set expectations, monitor performance, analyze trends and quality metrics, identify risks, improve processes, resolve escalated issues, manage third-party vendors, and partner with credit union leadership to strengthen financial performance.

Collect delinquent consumer loan and credit card accounts while providing personalized service, explaining financial solutions, resolving member issues, and building lasting relationships. The role requires phone and in-person customer support, active listening, problem-solving, accurate task management, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings and occasional Saturdays onsite in north Austin.

Provide executive-level support to the President/CEO and Executive Leadership Team, manage complex calendars/travel, coordinate Board meetings and minutes, lead and develop the administrative team, establish administrative standards and procedures, manage vendors and corporate programs, coordinate events, and handle confidential executive projects and communications.
