Develop and support secure, scalable backend applications using C# and .NET. Lead feature development and medium-to-large initiatives, troubleshoot complex technical issues, contribute to architecture, maintain technical documentation, and improve system performance and reliability. Collaborate with QA, Product, and DevOps teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers while supporting existing applications and evaluating new technologies.

Own the organization’s infrastructure and application security posture across Azure, AKS, on-premises systems, and client applications. Lead vulnerability management, penetration testing, IAM hardening, container and CI/CD security, incident response, compliance readiness for SOC 2 and GDPR, client security requirements, and audit coordination. Develop runbooks, detection logic, remediation plans, and leadership metrics while partnering with engineering, DevOps, offshore teams, auditors, vendors, and clients.

The Support Specialist provides first-level technical support via phone and email, resolves incidents, documents issues, escalates complex cases, and maintains client communication in a 24/7 coverage environment.
