Leads the platform engineering team responsible for Azure and hybrid infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, Kubernetes, CI/CD, security, observability, disaster recovery, and platform reliability. The manager develops engineering strategy, mentors team members, manages operational standards and incident response, drives cloud optimization, and ensures highly available, secure, scalable customer-facing systems. The role combines hands-on architecture and implementation with executive communication, compliance, change management, and team leadership.

Develop and support secure, scalable backend applications using C# and .NET. Lead feature development and medium-to-large initiatives, troubleshoot complex technical issues, contribute to architecture, maintain technical documentation, and improve system performance and reliability. Collaborate with QA, Product, and DevOps teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers while supporting existing applications and evaluating new technologies.
