Lead development, administration, and improvement of enterprise compensation and performance programs (merit, bonus, performance management, pay reviews, total rewards). Manage annual compensation planning, partner with HRIS/Payroll/Finance, deliver communications and training, run analyses and reporting, support pay equity and governance, consult with HR business partners, and lead related projects and team development.

Lead a team delivering payments and market research, client sentiment and engagement insights, RFP/due diligence support, competitive intelligence, and analyst relations. Partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, and executives to turn data into strategic actions, manage client feedback and KRIs, and support sales and product initiatives to drive satisfaction, NPS, and business improvements.

Manage tactical product efforts for Velera's payments and credit union products. Gather and analyze enhancement requests, define business requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee compliance and commercialization, develop product documentation and training, monitor performance, manage risks and rollouts, and serve as primary liaison for operational support and stakeholder escalations.
