The role also involves creating personas, journey maps, and presentations while applying accessibility and inclusive design principles.

Administer and optimize Adobe Workfront and related business systems supporting consulting services. Design workflow automations, integrations, reports, dashboards, and process improvements; monitor data quality and system performance; document procedures; support testing, change management, user training, troubleshooting, governance, and platform adoption. Partner with technology teams, vendors, business leaders, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable operational solutions.

Manages enterprise relationships with assigned credit unions, serving as the primary relationship manager and strategic advisor. Develops account plans, identifies growth opportunities, promotes payment and ecommerce solutions, negotiates contracts, manages renewals and revenue, and delivers strategic business reviews. Collaborates with internal product and service teams on implementations and initiatives, maintains Salesforce records, monitors industry trends, and works to expand client portfolios and strengthen satisfaction.
