The Client Growth Executive III manages key relationships with major credit unions to drive growth through strategic planning, consultative sales, and effective communication of Velera's products and services, aiming to enhance portfolio performance and client satisfaction.

Respond to internal and external inquiries, research and resolve balancing and settlement issues, process exception items and validated payments, reconcile daily transactions, manage client service tickets, train staff, and update departmental procedures to minimize financial risk.

The role involves securing external credit and debit card processing solutions, targeting new opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and presenting proposals to financial institutions. Travel is necessary, and the candidate will work on sales strategies and relationship management.
