Configure file transfer solutions, ensure secure automated transfers, provide tier‑3 support, troubleshoot issues, support ETL/data validation, implement HA clusters, build reports, and consult with business partners on file movement strategy.

Provides hospitality, event coordination, workplace operations, and administrative support at the Tampa site. Coordinates meetings, conferences, venues, catering, vendors, contracts, and audiovisual needs. Manages mail, packages, shipments, office supplies, and the Office Depot ordering system. Supports facilities, physical security, vendor escorting, administrative programs, and process-improvement projects while serving executives, employees, clients, and visitors with professionalism and discretion.

Leads pricing development, deal-level profit and loss analysis, financial modeling, and pricing proposals for renewals and new business. Partners with Sales, Client Growth Management, Product, and Finance to develop competitive pricing strategies, analyze market and competitor trends, maximize margins, and support multiple financial services product lines. Presents recommendations to senior management and clients, manages pricing workflows and updates, develops new pricing constructs, and mentors Pricing Analysts.
