Maintains, supports, and optimizes network infrastructure for client-facing financial technology solutions. Responsibilities include resolving incidents and service requests, upgrading network devices, remediating vulnerabilities, monitoring infrastructure and telecom circuits, supporting compliance and security policies, participating in capacity planning and incident response, and providing technical consulting. The role includes an on-call rotation and collaboration with internal teams, external customers, carriers, and vendors.

Performs and manages internal audits, risk assessments, control testing, regulatory reviews, and IT process evaluations. Develops audit scopes, procedures, process documentation, and reports; identifies deficiencies and recommends remediation. Tracks audit findings, monitors action plans, communicates results to management, and supports audit teams and less experienced staff. The role also evaluates financial data, systems, infrastructure, data flows, and manual and automated controls.
