Lead enterprise architecture strategy and implementation for finance and payments systems. Produce TOGAF/ArchiMate artifacts, mentor architects, oversee ARB/PTB/PTO processes, run POCs, enforce governance, manage risk, and create roadmaps, capacity planning, and business cases.

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI requirements, design and maintain BI solutions and semantic layers, analyze large payment datasets, enforce data governance and quality, deliver insights and reports, lead stakeholder meetings and training, mentor team members, and drive process improvements for data loading and analytics.

Serve as primary client contact to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for credit union card portfolios. Lead strategic planning, campaign management, pro forma analysis, and post-campaign measurement. Perform deep-dive data analysis to generate actionable insights, produce client-ready reports, and coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution. Maintain industry knowledge (Visa, Mastercard, Fiserv, regulatory changes), support risk/compliance, and recommend process improvements while managing billing and client relationships.
