Own the strategy, requirements, NPI execution, certification, and commercial readiness of VEIR’s low- and medium-voltage cable systems. Translate data center power needs into testable specifications, lead cross-functional engineering and manufacturing alignment, manage UL certification, support customer deployments, and deliver product roadmaps, pilots, technical collateral, and market differentiation.

Lead mechanical design, analysis, and testing of key assemblies for superconducting power systems. Own concept-to-production mechanical and thermal designs, perform FEA and structural assessments, define requirements and qualification testing, support cryogenic integration and deployments, and mentor junior engineers.

Owns end-to-end technical program execution for hardware products from ideation through production and deprecation. Responsibilities include integrated scheduling, critical-path management, Exit Gate readiness, cross-functional dependency coordination, risk mitigation, root-cause investigation follow-through, and executive communication. Leads and develops Technical Project Managers while challenging engineering trade-offs and ensuring product, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and operations deliverables remain aligned.
