Serve as the primary technical and security advisor for a portfolio of customers, leading onboarding, implementation, detection tuning, and complex incident investigations. Diagnose log pipelines, cloud integrations, detections, automations and permissions; drive adoption through health checks and business reviews; advocate customer needs into product and engineering. Travel to customer sites for key engagements (~25%).

Build and run an engineering-led support function in the CTO Office: triage and resolve complex SOC, pipeline, and cloud integration issues; create AI agents, skills, and docs to automate recurring problems; track root causes and drive engineering fixes; partner with TAM, Sales, product, and customers during escalations.

Own post-sales technical relationships for key customers: lead onboarding, data indexing, detection onboarding/tuning, troubleshoot log pipelines/cloud integrations, drive adoption, escalate product issues, build custom AI skills, and travel to customer sites (~25%).
