Own and execute channel strategy across the North Central region by managing VAR, reseller, MSSP, and strategic partner relationships. Generate partner-sourced pipeline, recruit and enable partners, develop joint business plans, support co-selling and enterprise deal execution, coordinate field activities and demand generation, and track partner performance in Salesforce. The role partners closely with sales, sales engineering, marketing, and alliances teams and is based in Chicago with regional travel.

Build and operate scalable batch and streaming data pipelines powering AI systems. Own ingestion, storage, transformation, serving, monitoring, validation, and continuous improvement across the data lifecycle. Partner with AI engineers and researchers to translate model requirements into reliable production infrastructure, using data lakes, warehouses, relational, graph, and vector databases. Define data strategy and ensure high-quality, observable, timely data for AI models and agents.

Train enterprise security teams on the Vega cybersecurity platform through onboarding, advanced workshops, virtual sessions, and recorded content. Create customized courses, labs, exercises, and reference materials covering query language, detection engineering, threat hunting, investigations, attack simulation, and AI security workflows. Answer complex customer questions, publish technical content, organize community events, build CTFs, and relay customer feedback to product and content teams. The role requires customer-facing technical expertise and international travel.
