Trains users on the VEGA CRM application, provides troubleshooting and user support, tests software and upgrades, maintains configurations, prepares reports, and verifies system operation. The role also coordinates with the Global CRM team, responds to support inquiries, resolves software issues, and travels to branch offices for training and assistance.

Manage complex customer orders involving nuclear source holders, approval drawings, special payment terms, documentation, contracts, fulfillment planning, inspections, shipments, invoicing, and progress reporting. Coordinate with engineering, accounting, production, licensing, logistics, quality, field service, and customers to ensure accurate, timely order completion and payment. Resolve credit holds, support bills of material development, assemble customer submittals, and maintain order records in CRM systems.

Develop and grow sales within the Greater Tucson territory by prospecting, networking, conducting customer presentations, forecasting business, executing sales plans, and building lasting customer relationships. The representative serves as a trusted advisor, supports market-share and revenue growth, and collaborates with customer and internal technical teams to deliver measurement technology solutions.
