The MCAD Manager leads the development of mechanical design systems, ensuring alignment between engineering design and manufacturing workflows, while overseeing a team and driving MCAD standards and integrations.

The Mechanical CAD Engineer will develop and maintain CAD models and documentation, ensuring designs are manufacturable and integrated with adjacent systems while collaborating with R&D and manufacturing teams.

Lead material flow, storage, and inventory optimization for a modular home manufacturing facility. Design warehouse layouts, capacity models, and lineside presentation; implement NetSuite WMS workflows, SOPs, and training; deploy replenishment systems (Kanban/JIT); perform data-driven analytics and hands-on equipment commissioning to improve safety, throughput, and inventory accuracy.

Support operations finance across production, construction, supply chain, logistics, quality, planning, and inventory. Build headcount and spend forecasts, inventory planning, CAPEX analysis, budget vs actual and KPI reporting, project profitability, monthly close collaboration with accounting, and finance reporting projects to identify efficiency improvements.

Lead R&D design, development, and validation of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, fire/life safety) for closed-panel modular homes. Integrate MEP into prototypes, factory fabrication, and field construction; develop layouts, routing, DFMA-aware details, test plans, and validation methods; perform root-cause analysis and collaborate cross-functionally to scale manufacturable, installable, and code-compliant solutions.
