Support Brand Operations by maintaining integrated product and brand calendars, coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking creative deliverables, managing project management systems (ClickUp/Airtable/etc.), surfacing risks and blockers, and driving accountability across Creative, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and external partners to ensure timely execution of launches and campaigns.

Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory for limited-edition collectibles (trading cards, pins, coins, memorabilia). Source vendors, negotiate terms, track purchase orders, costs, and timelines, support product launches with cross-functional teams, ensure quality and compliance, and report on market trends and vendor performance.

Lead strategy, production, and execution of VeeFriends' live and social commerce across platforms. Build recurring programming, manage end-to-end livestream production and studio operations, drive revenue and performance metrics, recruit and develop on-air talent and creators, partner cross-functionally with merchandising and product teams, and scale systems and teams to support long-term live commerce growth.
