Owns supplier selection, negotiations, manufacturing timelines, QA/QC standards, cost improvements, product development support, and sourcing systems. Builds resilient supplier networks, scalable processes, performance dashboards, and the future sourcing organization while ensuring products meet quality, margin, and launch objectives.

Manage the entire CRM strategy at VeeFriends, focusing on community engagement and retention through various marketing channels, segmentation frameworks, and automated flows. Analyze metrics and collaborate with creative teams to optimize campaigns and report on key performance indicators.
