Designs and executes test plans, cases, and scripts for web and enterprise applications. Performs functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, API, and backend validation testing within Acturis insurance workflows. Documents defects, supports production troubleshooting, assesses quality risks, collaborates with stakeholders, and improves QA processes and automation opportunities.

Own the complete finance function, including general ledger, AP/AR, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, payroll, budgeting, cash flow, audits, controls, contracts, and compliance. Prepare MIS dashboards, profitability analyses, and forecasts; manage billing, collections, vendors, and statutory filings. Support legal documentation, audits, due diligence, and finance process improvements while coordinating with HR, Sales, Delivery, and external advisors.

Design and maintain scalable Java-based automation frameworks for web applications and APIs. Develop automated test scripts, integrate test suites with CI/CD pipelines, and perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test strategies, analyze results, track defects, improve coverage and quality metrics, participate in code reviews, and promote automation best practices.

Supports a UK insurance client’s Policy Administration System by investigating production incidents, analyzing root causes, coordinating technical resolutions, and maintaining business continuity. Gathers and documents enhancement requirements, creates functional specifications, prioritizes backlogs, recommends process improvements, and supports functional testing and UAT. Collaborates with business users, developers, QA, configuration teams, and stakeholders while managing incident communications and resolution documentation.

Provides L2 support for Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, endpoint, identity, and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting escalations, administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, backups, networking, patching, and monitoring. The role executes approved changes, supports migrations, security and ISO 27001 controls, ITIL processes, incident management, SLA reporting, documentation, audits, and client communications while coordinating with L3 teams.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications and frameworks. Contribute to architecture, technical decisions, reusable components, coding standards, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, participate in planning and roadmap discussions, and mentor junior and mid-level developers while driving software quality and engineering excellence.
