Performs functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, API, and backend validation testing within Acturis insurance workflows. Documents defects, supports production troubleshooting, assesses quality risks, collaborates with stakeholders, and improves QA processes and automation opportunities.

Supports a UK insurance client’s Policy Administration System by investigating production incidents, analyzing root causes, coordinating technical resolutions, and maintaining business continuity. Gathers and documents enhancement requirements, creates functional specifications, prioritizes backlogs, recommends process improvements, and supports functional testing and UAT. Collaborates with business users, developers, QA, configuration teams, and stakeholders while managing incident communications and resolution documentation.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications and frameworks. Contribute to architecture, technical decisions, reusable components, coding standards, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, participate in planning and roadmap discussions, and mentor junior and mid-level developers while driving software quality and engineering excellence.
