The Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer will manage and optimize infrastructures for demo and sandbox environments, ensuring high performance and security across on-premises and cloud platforms, while facilitating internal testing and partner enablement.

Execute and standardize operational workflows for MDR/MXDR service delivery, including customer onboarding, platform health validation, troubleshooting, cross-team coordination, documentation, and identifying automation opportunities to improve scalability, quality, and operational efficiency.
