Own and execute the US West channel strategy, developing distributors and strategic partners to increase partner-led pipeline and revenue. Build joint business plans, manage partner relationships, accelerate opportunities, oversee enablement and certification, and improve partner autonomy. Collaborate with sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and leadership on forecasting, deal progression, account mapping, and regional growth.

Manage end-to-end customer contract renewals, communicate with customers, support retention and upsell opportunities, administer contracts, maintain renewal data in Salesforce, track KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal. The role also contributes to process improvements and renewal forecasting.

Provides third-tier technical support for enterprise cybersecurity customers, diagnosing complex issues through lab reproduction, source-code analysis, networking and systems investigation. The role prioritizes customer impact, develops workarounds with Engineering, supports Sales engagements, documents solutions, improves support processes, creates customer-facing content, and participates in limited on-call coverage. Requires expertise in Linux, networking, security technologies, databases, cloud and virtual environments, plus strong customer communication and escalation management skills.
