Leads a 15-person software delivery organization spanning product squads, QA, release management, and AI engineering. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, hiring, delivery planning, release ownership, quality improvement, automation, incident reviews, cross-squad coordination, and partnering on technical standards and AI prototypes. The role requires software engineering management experience, technical architecture fluency, agile delivery expertise, QA, CI/CD, release management, and strong communication.

Lead the transition from manual to automated QA by building Playwright end-to-end tests, integrating them into CI/CD, improving test planning and case management, and coordinating regression and release campaigns. Coach QA engineers, evaluate AI testing tools, establish automation standards, communicate release results, and collaborate with developers, Product, and Release Management.

Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and reusable components for Vectors' Jira and Confluence apps. Create prototypes, flows, and mockups; collaborate with product and development from concept through implementation; review shipped features and help shape visual identity and UX strategy.
