Lead UX design for three public safety products, conducting customer research, interviews, usability tests, and discovery sessions. Supports commercial-sector business strategy for industrial manufacturing and architecture, engineering, and construction customers. Analyzes markets, customer needs, competitive landscapes, product performance, pricing, profitability, and retention data. Owns cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing. Develops business cases, prioritizes opportunities, manages product catalogs and the Workplace Safety Seal program, and communicates insights through executive-level documents and presentations.

The FP&A Analyst supports forecasting, budgeting, management and investor reporting, financial modeling, SaaS metrics analysis, and executive decision-making. The role partners with business leaders to improve performance, automate reporting, enhance financial systems, and evaluate growth and cost optimization initiatives. It requires strong Excel and financial modeling skills, SaaS or recurring-revenue experience, ERP and planning system knowledge, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
