Teams at Vector Security

Manage multiple security installation projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating internal teams, customers, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, change orders, invoices, and escalations. Create and maintain work orders and project data in Dynamics 365, monitor KPIs, validate timelines, assess risks, and provide mitigation plans. Lead installations involving fire, burglar, access control, and CCTV systems while ensuring inspections, monitoring connectivity, system functionality, and customer expectations are completed.

Handles inbound customer and technician-support calls, responds to electronic requests, troubleshoots security-system issues, assists with emergency alarm events, provides reports and work-order summaries, and completes basic alarm-panel code changes. The role requires maintaining phone coverage, meeting call and programming metrics, collaborating with internal teams, resolving customer concerns professionally, and learning multiple systems.

Sell commercial security and managed services solutions, achieve bookings and recurring-revenue quotas, prospect for new clients, manage proposals and CRM pipelines, present integrated solutions, negotiate and close deals, and maintain relationships with existing customers. The role also requires product training, collaboration with system design and branch operations teams, market research, and identifying new customer segments.
