As Director of Network Operations, you will oversee operational management, process development, employee training, and financial performance while ensuring customer satisfaction and strategic growth.

Leads a residential sales team to achieve revenue and KPI targets. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, assigning leads, monitoring CRM updates, forecasting results, supporting customer experiences, identifying new market opportunities, and tracking competitor activity. The role directly supervises sales representatives and partners with branch and operations leadership.

Oversee special project teams, timelines, milestones, quotes, work orders, inspections, margins, and customer escalations. Manage personnel, performance, timesheets, hiring, and project coordination across purchasing, billing, sales, service, and monitoring teams. Generate reporting, ensure quality control, and maintain project scope and deadlines in D365. The role requires project management and supervisory experience, security industry knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational skills.
