Manages day-to-day out-of-home and transit advertising operations across Connecticut. Supervises staff and subcontractors, coordinates advertising installation, removal, maintenance, materials, inventory, audits, repairs, records, reports, and campaign updates. Collaborates with sales teams, vendors, transit partners, clients, and internal leadership while traveling to worksites. Ensures productivity, safety, quality standards, deadlines, and positive team culture.

Assist in managing day-to-day operations of advertising programs, supervising personnel, coordinating installations, and maintaining communication with teams and vendors.

Lead and scale an experiential marketing practice from Vector Media’s NYC HQ. Own end-to-end activation lifecycle: strategy, creative translation, budgeting, vendor contracting, permitting, production logistics, on-site execution, P&L management, and team building. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, Operations, and Finance to deliver high-impact experiential campaigns that meet client objectives and profitability targets.
