Senior Account Executive responsible for prospecting, relationship development, pipeline management, and selling out-of-home public transit advertising. The role requires exceeding sales quotas, conducting at least 60 weekly prospect touches, managing CRM activity, negotiating proposals, attending networking events, and collaborating with creative, operations, and administrative teams to deliver campaigns. The position is remote in Connecticut and includes travel for prospect meetings and industry events.

Manages day-to-day out-of-home and transit advertising operations across Connecticut. Supervises staff and subcontractors, coordinates advertising installation, removal, maintenance, materials, inventory, audits, repairs, records, reports, and campaign updates. Collaborates with sales teams, vendors, transit partners, clients, and internal leadership while traveling to worksites. Ensures productivity, safety, quality standards, deadlines, and positive team culture.

Assist in managing day-to-day operations of advertising programs, supervising personnel, coordinating installations, and maintaining communication with teams and vendors.
