Lead strategic digital transformation analysis across systems and portfolios. Shape ambiguous problem spaces, facilitate stakeholder workshops, run RFI/RFx, define requirements and artefacts, map data and decision flows, evaluate options and trade-offs, and support transition from shaping through delivery to build long-term enterprise capability.

Work across operational technology systems supporting the electricity network: troubleshoot and maintain communications, field automation and data acquisition (RTUs, PLCs, IIoT), configure network and substation equipment, support project delivery, integrations, commissioning and lifecycle management, and evaluate new OT technologies for reliability and grid modernization.

Lead internal communications to translate Vector's strategy and change initiatives into clear, engaging employee messaging. Work with leaders across the business to drive engagement via digital channels (intranets), support media relations through a rotating on-call roster, and provide crisis communications. Role is full-time, fixed-term for one year, contributing to strategy embedding and employee alignment across a large utility.
