The role maintains audit-ready records, supports DCAA and SOX compliance, develops procedures and training, and partners with engineering, procurement, supply chain, contracts, accounting, and logistics teams to execute compliant domestic and international operations.

Lead mechanical architecture and systems integration for opto-mechanical and vacuum quantum hardware. Design for manufacturability, apply FEA/CFD simulations, define tolerance and alignment strategies, standardize UHV assembly/testing, manage PLM and vendor relationships, mentor engineers, and ensure hardware meets qualification benchmarks.

As a Senior Staff Scientist at Vector Atomic, you'll design and optimize quantum devices for navigation and telecommunications, contributing to all development stages and communication with teams.
