Generate qualified sales opportunities for Vector 70’s ServiceNow professional services through daily phone, email, and LinkedIn prospecting. Build relationships with ServiceNow sellers and industry contacts, follow up on events, qualify opportunities, maintain accurate HubSpot records, and hand clean opportunities to the sales team. The role is fully remote with paid travel to ServiceNow events and customer meetings, and compensation includes base salary plus uncapped variable pay tied to accepted SQLs and new customers.

Leads the design, development, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CRM, and Data Foundations. Responsibilities include platform configuration, scripting, integrations, workflow automation, technical discovery, code reviews, mentoring, upgrades, testing, documentation, and client workshops. The consultant translates business requirements into scalable solutions and supports multiple client environments while enforcing ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

Provide technical consulting for enterprise ServiceNow HRSD transformations, including implementations, Employee Center configuration, Workday and SharePoint integrations, knowledge migration, workflow automation, AI-enabled workflows, Now Assist, and platform optimization. The role is remote, client-facing, and focused on strategic problem solving, customer engagement, and collaboration with global delivery teams.
