Support daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting; maintain operational trackers and dashboards; consolidate and analyze data from production, quality, inventory, HR, and other teams; verify data accuracy; identify trends and inconsistencies; coordinate data collection; maintain documentation; and help automate repetitive reports using Excel.

Drive B2B sales of EV technology products, including BMS, chargers, IoT devices, and swapping stations. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold outreach, client onboarding, CRM pipeline management, product presentations, follow-ups, sales target achievement, reporting, and market intelligence. The role coordinates with technical and operations teams to support pre- and post-sales activities and requires travel for client visits and field sales.
