Provides strategic HR consultation and workforce planning for assigned business groups. Advises leaders on talent management, employee development, compensation, performance, employee relations, organizational change, engagement, compliance, and workforce effectiveness. Interprets HR metrics, develops solutions, coaches managers, supports diversity and inclusion initiatives, and partners with legal and HR centers of expertise on complex employment matters.

Designs, develops, and maintains business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, interactive reports, and self-service analytics. Analyzes datasets, translates business requirements into technical solutions, supports data governance and DataOps practices, and contributes to data lineage and quality. Provides technical support and training, assists with cross-functional data projects, expands data sources, and mentors junior BI developers.

Manages healthcare IT applications through analysis, design, system build, implementation, troubleshooting, deployment, upgrades, and support. The role gathers user requirements, develops specifications and documentation, assesses impacts, leads design sessions, coordinates with vendors and cross-functional teams, and supports Epic-related systems. Requires application knowledge in clinical or revenue-cycle areas, system development lifecycle experience, and occasional on-call support.
