The role focuses on engineer-facing infrastructure products and requires technical curiosity, strong visual design, user empathy, and autonomous execution in a distributed startup environment.

Build production infrastructure features in Go while embedding security into the product. Own vulnerability triage and remediation through patched releases, threat-model new features, conduct security-sensitive code and design reviews, and improve secure engineering practices. Requires deep Kubernetes knowledge, including API server, admission control, RBAC, controllers, kubelet, and attack surfaces such as container breakout and privilege escalation.

Own and execute enterprise territory strategy and full sales cycle for a technical platform selling to engineering, DevOps, security, and data leaders. Build consensus across technical and executive buyers, perform value engineering tied to business outcomes, maintain CRM hygiene, use MEDDPICC/MEDDIC methodologies for forecasting, and close large ACV enterprise deals.
