Candidates should be creative, fast-moving, strong writers, comfortable with AI tools, and highly self-directed. Venture, fintech, or investor-sales experience is a bonus.

Manage and optimize finance operations for a rapidly growing fintech and venture capital platform. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, collections, payroll, financial reporting, compliance, finance systems implementation, cap table management, and collaboration with fund accounting. The role also supports hiring, benefits, and human resources while partnering with leadership and the Board.

Own quality across Decile Hub and Start Fund by anticipating release issues, building AI-agent-driven regression and exploratory testing systems, maintaining test plans and release checks, and managing bug triage. The role also focuses on customer onboarding, login, identity verification, document signing, and capital workflows. The QA Engineer partners with engineering, product, and customer success to turn customer feedback into comprehensive test coverage.
