Develop high-volume, high-engagement copy for social and traditional media campaigns. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client services teams to interpret briefs, develop concepts, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt copy across brand voices and platforms. Partner with art directors, support production activities, present strategic concepts, and use consumer, cultural, and platform insights to make relevant recommendations.

Leads creative strategy and execution for Philippines and APAC clients across social content, short-form video, and integrated campaigns. Guides art, copy, editing, and creative teams; approves concepts; participates in pitches and new business development; builds client relationships; and ensures work meets brand and business objectives. The role also coaches creatives, fosters an empathy-led culture, and stays current with evolving platforms, consumer behavior, and industry practices.

Manage the accounts receivable cycle, billing, collections, GST and TDS compliance, employee expense claims, reconciliations, month-end close, reporting, treasury support, audits, and accounting process improvements. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and tax regulations, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, ERP experience, and effective collaboration with clients, auditors, and internal teams.
