The Director, People Business Partner advises senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession, leadership effectiveness, performance, change, and employee relations. This role establishes and scales the People Business Partner model, coaches leaders through complex decisions, uses workforce insights to identify organizational needs, and partners with People specialty teams to deliver integrated solutions. The position is strategic and hands-on, requiring strong business judgment, discretion, communication, and relationship-building skills.
