Provide senior in-house legal counsel for a clinical-stage biotech: advise executives and the Board on corporate governance, securities compliance, contracts, regulatory and healthcare compliance, manage outside counsel, draft and negotiate agreements, oversee corporate records and disclosure, and lead legal/compliance functions part-time (20 hrs/week) onsite in South San Francisco.

The Biosample Summer Intern supports clinical trial sample management, including tracking biosamples, maintaining documentation, and ensuring data accuracy, while collaborating with various teams.
