Own project-level financial models for new and operating sites, supporting investment decisions, financing, commercial negotiations, and capital raising. Contribute to budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, board and investor materials, covenant calculations, and lender reporting. Partner with site development, commercial, accounting, legal, and senior leadership teams to translate financial analysis into investment and performance recommendations.

Leads Vaulted Deep’s people strategy and function as the company scales, partnering with the CEO and leadership team on culture, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, total rewards, HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and manager development. The role supports both corporate employees and hourly, multi-site industrial teams, builds scalable HR infrastructure, manages complex employee matters, and develops a permanent people team.

Manage executive administrative support, office facilities, vendors, equipment, onboarding logistics, business operations, and company events. Coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, retreats, board sessions, and employee celebrations across time zones. Procure workplace supplies, swag, welcome packages, and recognition items while supporting a positive office culture. Maintain reliable processes, communicate with stakeholders and vendors, and independently manage shifting priorities with discretion and attention to detail.

Lead in-house counsel owning partnership transactions end-to-end: draft and negotiate JV, LLC, lease, supply, tipping fee, and O&M agreements; allocate risk, build contract standards, manage a two-person legal team, oversee outside counsel, and support diligence for financings and equity raises.
