Supports working capital application submissions across sales and credit. Responsibilities include data entry, documentation auditing, platform verification, fraud prevention, funding package completion, compliance checks, sales team support, status follow-up, training, and process improvement. The role requires professional communication, adaptability, fast-paced execution, and bilingual French and English proficiency.

Produces accounting entries, reconciles bank statements and general ledgers, manages accounts payable and receivable, processes receipts and payment returns, maintains billing and payment histories, calculates loan and lease payments, updates account records, resolves discrepancies, and prepares daily management reports. The role also supports lease terminations, refunds, credits, insurance updates, and internal stakeholder inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and accurate financial reporting.

Performs commercial credit underwriting and risk analysis for working capital lending transactions. Reviews borrower character, financial statements, tax returns, bank statements, cash flow, credit reports, and financial ratios to make credit decisions and recommend approvals. Advises origination teams on deal structure, terms, security, and covenants; monitors delinquency, ensures policy compliance, identifies process improvements, and communicates recommendations to senior leadership.
