Lead and deliver O&M, special and fast-response offshore wind projects (HV/LV/SCADA). Prepare processes, manage scope/budget/safety, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support procurement, oversee offshore execution, and ensure proper closure and lessons learned.

Provide high-level coordination and administrative support to the Director Asset IT and Management Team: manage projects, drive follow-ups, support IT cost control and HR initiatives, provide PMO support for EAM governance, plan and deliver assigned IT tasks, and organize meetings, agendas, and communications to ensure department-wide initiatives progress smoothly.

Design and build scalable Snowflake data models and pipelines, create curated datasets and dashboards, improve data architecture and quality standards, mentor junior engineers, and partner with stakeholders to deliver analytics products that drive business decisions.
