Lead IT infrastructure and operations including servers, networks, storage, endpoints, and virtualization. Manage monitoring, patching, backups, disaster recovery, security/compliance (vulnerabilities, pen tests, regulatory), vendor/contract oversight, budgeting, automation, asset lifecycle, and mentor junior IT staff while aligning IT strategy with business needs.

Support commercial lending officers by managing loan origination-to-closing administrative tasks, preparing loan and closing packages, ordering due diligence, processing loan transactions, maintaining loan files, monitoring portfolio activity, and serving as a primary contact for applicants while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead enterprise product strategy and lifecycle across consumer, commercial, treasury, and digital channels. Drive product P&L, pricing, governance, compliance, innovation, and cross-functional alignment while building and managing a high-performing product, UX/UI, and analytics organization.
