Supervises and develops the Commercial Lending Assistant team while overseeing commercial loan administration, documentation, due diligence, closings, transactions, portfolio monitoring, exception follow-up, customer communications, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates with lending, credit, documentation, operations, collateral, and post-close teams; maintains procedures and training materials; identifies workflow improvements; and supports accurate, timely, confidential service delivery.

Lead the bank's compliance and CRA programs, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations (BSA/AML/OFAC, HMDA). Develop and maintain compliance and CRA plans, policies, training, risk assessments, and reports. Validate HMDA data, liaise with examiners and auditors, chair the Compliance/CRA committee, advise on residential and consumer legal matters, and oversee community outreach and CRA-qualified investments.

Support and execute the bank's Financial Crime QA/QC and controls testing across AML, sanctions, and fraud. Perform reviews, root-cause analyses, model and system validation, procedure and issues management, recommend control improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, and related guidance.
