Designs and manages a comprehensive alumni career engagement strategy focused on young alumni (0-10 years out). Recruits and stewards volunteer alumni leaders, runs career-focused events and programs (virtual/in-person/hybrid), promotes an alumni Career Directory, tracks participation/ROI, and coordinates closely with the Center for Career Education and Advancement to create job/internship pipelines and seamless referrals.

Coordinate and implement the Exploring College after-school program for Poughkeepsie High School, manage logistics, recruit/train and supervise college mentors, maintain partnerships with school staff and families, track attendance and data, and support grant reporting and compliance.

Lead Title VI compliance at the College by managing intake, investigations, and resolution of discrimination matters. Coordinate supportive measures, develop trainings, partner with campus stakeholders, analyze climate data, produce reports, and maintain case management systems to inform institutional accountability and prevention efforts.
