As Commercial Counsel, you'll manage the commercial contracting lifecycle, partner with Sales, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws while drafting and negotiating various agreements.

Support sales organization across quote-to-cash: build and review quotes, ensure pricing and policy compliance, manage license delivery and PO distribution, handle case intake, provide Salesforce support, collaborate with sales/finance/legal, document processes, and drive process improvements.

Drive new business and expand Vasion's SMB and Commercial footprint across APAC. Own full sales cycle, build pipeline with partners and BDRs, run demos, manage procurement to close, forecast in Salesforce, and travel regionally to meet customers and partners.
