Manage the full Accounts Payable and procure-to-pay cycle, including invoice booking, GRN matching, vendor reconciliations, tax workings, payment processing, vendor master controls, month-end closing, provisions, and expense cut-off. Handle GST and MSME compliance, identify and resolve discrepancies, manage stakeholders, and supervise junior team members. Import accounting and foreign remittance exposure is advantageous.

Own end-to-end UI/UX design for app and web features, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, design systems, and design QA. Redesign e-commerce journeys to improve conversion, use AI tools and design AI-powered features, conduct usability and analytics-driven iterations, ensure accessibility and responsive experiences, and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing. Mentor junior designers and maintain a premium visual standard.

Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipments, including documentation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, shipment tracking, cost monitoring, and delivery timelines. Work with suppliers, customs brokers, freight partners, warehouses, finance, procurement, and sales teams. Maintain compliance records, resolve shipment exceptions, support inventory planning, and improve logistics processes for dental and healthcare products.
