Manage and grow dealer and distributor networks in an assigned region to meet sales targets. Use field data to identify gaps, design local promotions, set team volume targets and KPIs, provide coaching and feedback, oversee key accounts and outlets, maintain sales MIS with daily updates, and compile and analyze sales figures.

Assist in production line activities including operating equipment, following SOPs, maintaining quality and hygiene, supporting inventory and documentation, and adhering to safety procedures while learning manufacturing processes.
