Provides remote and occasional on-site technical support for Siemens magnetic resonance equipment. Troubleshoots issues using remote diagnostics, dispatches notifications, develops action plans, manages escalations, advises and trains support staff, and communicates system performance feedback to the factory. The role requires extensive MR systems experience, technical training or an associate degree, strong communication skills, and availability for a Friday-through-Monday schedule with potential international travel.

The role supports customer service engineers, shares technical expertise, provides training, communicates with internal teams, offers factory feedback, and may travel internationally for on-site repairs. The schedule is Friday through Monday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., ten hours per day.

Delivers onsite and virtual clinical education on Siemens MRI systems, software, workflows, and applications to healthcare customers and internal partners. Evaluates training needs, develops educational plans and materials, creates e-learning content, maintains training resources, and collaborates with educators and leadership. Requires strong knowledge of Siemens MR systems, clinical modality registration or licensure, organizational skills, and extensive travel across assigned regions.
