Consolidates country priorities and risks, oversees rollout readiness, coordinates remediation plans, and supports consistent commercial processes across global, zone, and country teams.

Leads financial performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, variance analysis, and business partnership for North American laboratory instrument and reagent segments. Maintains planning models, dashboards, forecasts, and risk-and-opportunity views while supporting monthly performance reviews. Uses Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and other digital tools to automate reporting, improve data quality, and accelerate financial insights. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Service, Commercial Excellence, and Finance stakeholders to guide business performance and achieve financial commitments.

Provides strategic legal and commercial counsel to healthcare leadership teams on complex partnerships, emerging business models, and outcome-based arrangements. Leads contracting across the full transaction lifecycle, advises on healthcare regulatory compliance and contractual risk, and partners with Finance on deal structuring, revenue recognition, and financial exposure. Supports sales and business development while balancing governance, commercial agility, and global stakeholder priorities.
