Provide onsite system configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support for Siemens Healthineers lab automation and middleware. Perform network and software setup, acceptance testing, training, LIS interface management, and upgrades. Work with lab and IT staff, follow escalation procedures, and adhere to regulatory and quality requirements while supporting complex diagnostic instrument systems.

Lead global supply chain for Molecular Imaging to ensure compliant, cost‑effective, and resilient procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics and distribution. Own KPIs (cost, OTD, inventory, supplier quality, yield), drive process optimization, supplier partnerships, business continuity, regulatory compliance for medical devices, and develop a high‑performing SCM organization across a global matrix.

Provide hands-on HR operational support for Canada: review and standardize Canadian HR policies and templates, drive policy governance and annual review cycles, improve and automate HR processes, manage HR knowledge articles, lead audits and reporting, and coordinate country-wide shared HR services with legal and NAM HR partners.
