Build and scale People infrastructure in a high-growth aerospace startup. Serve as a strategic People Business Partner, lead talent and organizational effectiveness programs, support compensation and equity administration, execute employee lifecycle processes, improve workflows and HR systems, maintain accurate workforce data, and ensure employment-law compliance. The role requires hands-on operational execution, senior-leader partnership, manager coaching, and continuous process improvement.

Design, build, maintain, and commission automated test systems and ground support equipment for spacecraft and manufacturing operations. Integrate thermal, pressure, fluid, data acquisition, and precision instrumentation hardware. Develop PLC frameworks and EtherCAT tooling, evaluate real-time control architectures, build electrical panels, wire cabinets, and debug systems. Partner with propulsion, avionics, GNC, and manufacturing teams while establishing maintainable engineering standards.
