Lead and execute Varda’s on-orbit spacecraft missions, owning mission-unique payload operations from profile development through execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams, improve mission operations, build web tools to automate operational tasks, and scale capabilities for increased flight cadence. The role requires real-time operations experience, spacecraft systems knowledge, software development skills, and familiarity with avionics, GNC, software, thermal design, and ground station networks.
