Processes high-volume vendor and subcontractor invoices, performs purchase order matching, codes expenses to jobs and general ledger accounts, manages vendor records and compliance documents, reconciles accounts payable, prepares aging reports, supports month-end close, and resolves discrepancies with project managers, vendors, and finance teams.

Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes; prepares journal entries, project and WIP reports, reconciliations, and accounting schedules. Ensures GAAP and internal control compliance, supports audits and SOX requirements, uses ERP systems, and collaborates with accounting, finance, project management, and operations teams. The role also contributes to process improvements, financial analysis, reporting, and ad hoc projects while maintaining accurate and timely financial information.

Develops enterprise business and revenue across electronic security markets, including commercial, industrial, transportation, government, and data centers. Builds executive customer relationships, sells integrated security solutions, manages opportunities through contract award and project execution, and develops manufacturer and channel partnerships. The role coordinates with engineering, estimating, project management, procurement, and operations teams; prepares proposals and forecasts; negotiates contracts; and supports market expansion, account growth, and strategic alliance initiatives.
