Manage end-to-end monthly UK payroll through a managed service provider, including data validation, gross-to-net reconciliation, statutory submissions, pension processing, payments, reporting, year-end activities, and audit support. Maintain accurate employee records, resolve payroll discrepancies, respond to employee queries, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Treasury, vendors, and external payroll partners while ensuring compliance with UK legislation and HMRC requirements.

Manage end-to-end monthly UK payroll through an external provider, including employee data, payroll validation, reconciliations, statutory submissions, pension files, payments, year-end reporting, audit support, and employee queries. The role requires compliance with UK payroll legislation and collaboration with HR, Finance, Treasury, vendors, and external payroll partners. This is an initial temporary contract with hybrid working.

Leads mechanical and fluid-control system development for medical devices, including design, testing, verification and validation, reliability analysis, plastic component design, regulatory documentation, and manufacturing transfer. Integrates mechanical, electrical, and consumable components while resolving cross-functional design constraints. Uses FMEA, finite element analysis, design of experiments, and statistical methods to improve product safety, reliability, manufacturability, and compliance. Leads project teams and laboratory activities and supports team development.
