Lead and operate Master Data Management, data catalog/metadata, data and AI governance, and data quality for China. Define master data domains, implement MDM processes, onboard assets to the enterprise catalog, ensure compliance with China regulations, drive AI governance and model lifecycle controls, and lead change management to increase adoption across business and global stakeholders.

Manage academic promotion of company products within an assigned territory: execute regional marketing activities and projects, maintain brand image, visit and develop relationships with customers, monitor market dynamics, and report feedback to managers.

Lead enterprise change management for talent and transformation initiatives: design and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, and adoption measurement. Coach senior leaders, embed change activities with HR and project teams, support employee experience, culture activation, organizational design, and leadership development, and apply AI-enabled tools to improve communications and adoption.
