Leads manufacturing process development and continuous improvement for precision medical-device components. Responsibilities include PECM and ECF process development, validation, tooling and fixture design, new product introduction, root cause analysis, CAPA management, technical documentation, project management, customer communication, and quality-system compliance. The role collaborates across Operations, Quality, R&D, Engineering, Business Development, and customers to improve manufacturing quality, delivery, cost, and capacity.

Owns general ledger accounting and month-end close for a manufacturing facility, including labor journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, cash book management, and audit support. Provides FP&A variance analysis and reporting assistance while supporting standard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing variance analysis, and inventory counts. The role also strengthens close processes and internal controls while working onsite with operations and plant personnel.

Supports full-cycle recruiting administration, including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, applicant tracking system updates, requisition management, recruiting events, hiring manager coordination, offer follow-up, and new-hire orientation preparation. Maintains accurate recruitment records and helps ensure consistent, timely hiring processes while supporting other HR functions as needed.
